Our strategic partnership with the NOW Group represents a significant milestone in our commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion within our workforce. One of the key initiatives within this partnership has been the implementation of the JAM Card programme, with NOW Group providing comprehensive training across various levels, resulting in Terex becoming a JAM Card friendly organisation. Another main priority for Terex was to identify and create job opportunities across all sites in Ireland, which has proved a great success so far with the first recruit celebrating his one-year anniversary in employment recently.
